Prolific Australian actor Felix Williamson has joined the ranks of experienced teachers at Sydney Drama School. Felix is coming on board to teach one of our Pro Workshops. The Pilot Season Intensive will be held on March 16th and then Felix will follow that up with a 6 week stint teaching Sydney Drama School’s Scene Studies program where he will bring his many years of experience and ridiculously long list of credits to bear.
Felix studied at ATYP for seven years, worked at the Gloucester Stage Company in the USA then graduated from the 3 year NIDA Acting course in 1991.
Has has worked in theatre, film and television both in Australia and internationally.
His theatre credits include: Virgin Mim (S.T.C.), Mr Kolpert (S.T.C.) He has founded and directed for his own theatre, Naked Theatre Company.
He has been a acting teacher at NIDA since 1994, tutoring in the Corporate, Open Program and Main School, for which he directed the NIDA 2009 Acting graduation film Jimmy Tennison.
He has also taught at ATYP, The Actors Centre and for private companies.
